I'm stuck at the part where I have to help find if the priest in Greenford is innocent or guilty, I know these two quests coincide because I read the Walkthrough, but I cant find the guy that is supposedly behind the tavern that writes fake letters. Please help. Thanks

just get out from the tavren , he is in the house just in back of the tavern ... you can say the tavren and the house are shareing the same wooden wall . The door of the house is facing the opposite direction of the tavern enternce and has a few steps in fornt of it ...

Ok, Ive found the house, but, when I try to talk to the guy, he says "I'm busy" And my only responce is ... I have build11, does that affect that at all?

It sounds like you haven't completed something yet in the quest. Did you read your quest book? Usually there are clues there to what you need to do...

Did you talk to the waitress in the tavern?

I don't know if that will help, I just like talking to girls. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

The last thing in my quest book is about when I talked to the taverngirl. But I cant get the guy to talk to be about the fake writing, he just keeps saying he is busy.

Try the tavern keeper again, too. If it doesn't move the story along, at least you can get a drink.

I have a vague recollection of something similar happeneing to me once with this quest and I think I tried talking to a regular citizen and asking about the tavern keeper and being told he was a reliable source of information. I think it worked after that.

If none of these work, just kill the forger and see what happens, as long as you don't save the game, if it doesn't help, you can always reload. Hope this helps.

ok, i figured it out, I have cleared the priest in greendfords name. But, when I go back to thepriest in redmond he says thank you and gives me a reward, But when i try to ask him where the ship is like the walkthrough says, it doesnt he doesnt have any dialogue of the ship. Thanks for your help!

If I recall, when you talk to the priest in Redmond, after clearing the name of the priest in Greenford, he gives you a job to deliver a letter to Isla Muelle and that gets you closer to finding the dark ship and the lost Douwesan children.

If the priest doesn't come up with the job request, deliver the letter to IM, try talking to the bearded priest who is in the church, or leave the church and then go back in and try the priest again.

How did you get the problem with the Greenford priest and the forger solved? Don't worry about giving a spoiler, there's a warning on this forum that people might encounter spoilers in here.

AFter I got the letters I talked to the bartender and he told me to go talk to the dutch guy who forged the letters.

In the redmond church?

Thanks!!!

Roger that, Redmond church.

If I recall correctly, if you talk to the bearded priest he directs you to the balding priest at the altar and the balding priest asks you to deliver a letter to the priest in Isla Muelle. I think you can just go directly to the balding priest, however,

Get ready for a lot of traveling, good luck. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="onya.gif" />
