Fixed Heavy patrol frigate bugs

1) Some missing textures - deck and masts.
2) Only 1 cannon deck instead of 2.
3) Some crewmembers float in the air alongside the ship this one's actually common in some other ships as well.
4) The ship's hull appears to be too deeply submerged - is that normal?

Confirmed on the deck and masts. Required some HEX-editing. Will be fixed in the next release.

I fixed the files two weeks ago or so. Just haven't uploaded a new edition with the fixed files yet.
