Please tell us what kind of system you have and what's in it, what is your video card, how much RAM you have, &tc...

Are you sure you're operating with the most updated drivers for your video card?

Okay... Sometimes even with the most updated drivers, the NVidia cards (the GeForce) have trouble with this game. Have you tried the Omega drivers?

These drivers seem to do the trick - they've helped a lot of people deal with the same problem you're having.

Now, if this does not fix the problem... Do you have the Build 11 (PotC mods) installed on your game already? i try both of them but nothing happens...

its propeply a Windows XP file, because when i was installing the game, the system ask me some point the installation to but the Windows XP cd to drive, at that point i dont have my XP cd at home so i just ignore it, installation completes and the game aint working.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX installed (including the various patches) as that's been another know cause of this problem?

jep...i got the newest DirectX but no patches
