Hello and a little help needed!

First off, I got the game the other day, and am enjoying it immensely so far.

I have run into a snag, and after perusing other topics on this quest, I haven't seen this answer yet.

Doing governor quests on English out of Charlestown for my 1st privateer liscence, and the 4th quest I have (or 5th, can't remember) is to sneak into Portobello and acquire some packet from a contact, who is referred to as a port captain. I have snuck into the tavern undetected, slept for a few days, and navigated the town visiting every shop and location I can think of in both day and nighttime settings. I have spoken to a lot of different people and still cannot find or receive word from the agent.

Am I supposed to find him, or is he supposed to contact me? Am I missing a step along the way?

Any help would be appreciated! Yarrrrrr!

Every port should have a port office with port captain in it. normally you can leave your extra ships there. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

Thanks! Apparently I mixing up a captain in the port with Port Captain. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
