how to ask for a rasom of the captions that you have in your cargo hold?

PS. when is GoF realese?
 
Go to a nations port and speak with the governor you will see new dialog for offering captured captains for ransom.

GOF will be released soon, all i can say is keep checking. No exact date can be giving but it could be tomorrow, Monday or the midle of next week, we are trying our best to finish off the final things we are working on.
