I installed the build mod 12 the new one and i installed Current Base Version: 21 November 2005 from Pieter's Pirates page and it seems to work but my cheats don't. But when i look in the controls file the cheats are in it but i can't enable them in the game. anyone know how i can fix it ? also my save game won't work i tryed pressing I to reinstalize the game but it doens't work. thnx

Old savegames won't work with the modpack; you'll have to start a new game. Sorry for that.
To enable cheats, open up PROGRAM\BuildSettings.h and set ENABLE_CHEATMODE to 1. The numpad buttons control the cheats.
BTW: Be sure to set controls to default. Otherwise, weird things could happen.

Yeah, if you've just installed the Build plus Pieter's Modpack then you've just taken a huge step forward as far as the number mods are concerned, so your old stock POTC saves will not be relevant in this new environment. It's a much more interesting archipelago now, so starting a new game should hopefully be a worthwhile and enjoyable experience for you.
