Ok people.
Now I want to start to rumble a lil'bit with quest.
I wanted to change the cource of the tutoreal.
I want that after the cabin scene, that you're not deployed in Oxbay Port but close to an beach in Oxbay.
But I readed the whole both_reactions.c But I don't know where I can change it.
I hope some people could help me.
I also will use this topic for my *quest* askions.

As I've quickly checked now, the section starts in both_reaction.c at case "Tut_ReloadToOxbayPort", line 737 in modpack version from June 11, 2006. The line looks as follows: <!--c1--><div class='codetop'>CODE</div><div class='codemain'><!--ec1-->DoQuestReloadToLocation(loadPort, "reload", rldLocator, "Tut_StartTalkInPort");<!--c2--></div><!--ec2--> Variables loadPort and rldLocator are initialized earlier and describe destination point; last argument of string type is a case label to execute when character appears there.

could annyone help me step by step over msn with editing a little quest?
so I get some experience.. this is to hard for me, without much help..
 
you havn't got a ship, and you want to to take part in the huge battle coming (americans vs. brits) so you have to ask some ppl in oxbay that they have a ship for you, and also there are serveral people who give you info about some things..tavern..trade etc.
after that youve got a tartane, than you've to hire ppl , so you go to the mansion and there you can talk to an officor who give you people.
then you have to join a side (american or british) and sail to that island, there you will have to talk to the captain of the sea (or somethin) and he will give you a small battleship (barque)..
but you can also choose to not take part in that war, but it will be much harder to get of oxbay becouse you can''t get a ship such fast without money...
good story isn''t it?
