Help on starting Sparrow and Aubrey quests please

For the Jack Sparrow quest, it says the girl is going to Nevis, but I go to both towns on Nevis and nothing is there. I can't find anything.

Also I just started the Jack Aubrey campaign, and I really don't get where it begins. I started on the island, got in my ship and outran the two American ships, and now what? There is nothing in my quest book to indicate what I'm supposed to do.

I understand that figuring this stuff out is part of the fun, but I feel like there should be SOMETHING there to guide me you know? It's a big archipelago <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
 
For the Jack Sparrow quest, you might have chosen a wrong route somewhere. Short Jack Gold will be able to give you a more definite reply.
Have you tried talking to the people in the pirate town?

As for the Master and Commander quest, the reason is simple: there IS no quest.
It's just there as a placeholder since we've got the character and the ship and it gave me a quick way of testing the inclusion of the USA on Eleuthera.
One day perhaps somebody will make the actual quest, but for now try the Hornblower one. And even that one is still far from finished.

Well I don't remember exactly, it was at the very beginning right after meeting bill turner. I believe it was bill that said he saw someone going there.

I'd go back but i always replace my old saved game when i save a new one <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":eek:ops" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />

If so there shouldn't be a problem.
Talk with Turner on Nevis - he should tell you to all split up and meet in the Tavern.

By golly you were right. Turner said we should split up...the agent died though, will that throw things off?

How long am I supposed to wait? I've been spending the nights in the Tavern, sailed to the other side of the island...I don't know what else to do, it's been like three days already. When does he show?
