[HELP] Problem with changing flags

hey guys
i got the 3.2 mod for the game and i am playing pirate
i got a problem with changing flags - i got only the pirate's one, valid trading license, but have no idea how to get the city during the day and from the sea ; /
please help cause i'm stuck ; /

Yeah, as a pirate you don't get other flags. You'll have to get appropriate "ship skill" or letter of marque.

and is there any way to increase the amount of crew to hire in tavern ?
cause its quite time-consuming to get the full crew hiring only 17 people in each port ; /

In none pirate towns you can recruit a lot more mates.
