Solved HELP! Silvio Ricci?

Hello, I just landed on a shore by Santa Catalina and I just quick saved on the beach and then a guy named Ricci popped out of no where and initiated a dialogue that has no words and can't exit it. Also If I press s the game crashes.

How do I get out of this situation or is there a file I can replace?

I'm playing on a fresh install with only dvd no patch.
