[HELP] strange problem

I just started playing under the banners of Holland. The governor of Margiot gave me a mission to go to port of spain and get some documents. The problem is that when i go there i can't find the person who should give them to me ? Any suggestions >

There should be logbook entry of the quest, open it, and there should be something like governor of bla bla asked me to retrive documents from x.

I know from who i should take the papers, but i can't find him anywhere in town...
There is nothing on this subject in the manuals i checked.( note that this is not dutch national quest line, but mission from a governor)...

Usually, in the Log Book it will say, like (Port Capt. or Priest, etc.). I was trying to talk to all the uniformed soldiers as well as all citizens, it ended up being the Port Control Clerk.

I should get the papers from a local userer named Adam Marlox (or smth like that)Also i should not rise the alarm beacsue it's hostile settlement.

I went practically everywhere and nothing happened. Nevermind, it seems it was soem sort of bug... i re entered city and all went fine.
