Help!!!

Excuse me, but my best friend has POTC, but not the build. He sees it on my computer, then wants it himself. Unfortunately he can't download it (I don't mean it's not working, but he's not allowed). So I tried to email him build 13 & filmships, but with both files the internet says it's loading, but won't load. Help please.

EDIT: ohhh, the files are too big, but still, is this legal, and how could he get it?

If YOU have PotC and HE has PotC, then there's nothing illegal you can do. Both Build 13 and the FilmShips mod are freely available for everyone. Check the download links at:
