Henry Morgans proposal

While doing English quest where I need to convince pirate captains to attack Curacao Henry Morgan suggested that I should meet him. Well I finally after few game moths went to see him but he said that it's too late (can't take the quest).

Did I make some quest line unplayable?

All Pirates should be refused. Go back to the governor.

You can fail a task, but the quest will not be unplayable. For example, if you call Law his friend, you can't find him.

Hmm I didn't quite understand. Ofcourse I finished the govgens mission about the pirates.

But now that I go to morgan he won't give me the quest that he suggested while I was doing the govgens mission.

So do I need to take previous save to get it work? Or can I get the quest later again?

I just take my previous save so that I can do that quest.

Crap, the save I'd need to take is very old (played 6hrs the game since it). So starting from there takes me too far in the beginning.

Since modding this game is fairly simple with notepad I was wondering if I could change the time morgans proposal is availible? I just need to know the right place to start changing things.
