Im so Excited!!! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" />

If it get's delayed till tuesday, all I can say is: "TOLD YA SO", and celebrate for a better patch.

If it's out in the next 12 hours, then KUDOES TO GREY ANGEL and we can buy him 4 Bottles of Rum (or Vodka) to celebrate <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />
 
Looks like it's gonna be Tuesday night... if not, then they encountered millions of additional bugs, and may take another week. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/piratesing.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shock" border="0" alt="piratesing.gif" />
 
Yeah i gues so to, and i dont think this patch will fix all 128 bugs i found so far, i managed to fix around 70 of them myself but lets see what the patch will fix.
 
And aside of the fixes, its always teh same after a patch, what gets broken <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
its a usual thing you see in most games

anyways, i'm hoping for new things, better things, and lots of fixes
 
somone called them, and they said it would hopefully be out today, they also said there are 2 patches comming, this one and another one soon.

There is <i>a</i> patch out, not sure if its old news or not.

Actually, I believe the supermod supercedes the patch itself, for cyberops has already done preliminary bug-killing.

Another thing working in the supermod's favor is that the supermod works with the old Starforce bypass, whereas the new patch doesn't.

It should be an interesting developement.

An independant and free programmer/modder VS a whole funded company, working on a patch. Which of the 2 will ultimately win the hearts of the public?

Been tracking the state of this patch on the Playlogic web-site. According to what a couple of the more technically saavy owners have been stating, there are now new bugs, as well as additional starforce checks that have been added to more files in the game, rather than removing some of them. I'll be keeping an eye on this, but from the sounds of it, we may be better off staying unpatched and just using our local talents to update our favored game.
