Solved Hostile Forts

Is there any way to make it so the soldiers in forts don't immediately attack me? Even when I am a promoted member of a nation, they still don't let me go into a fort without killing me for trespassing.

That's on purpose. NOBODY is supposed to go in the forts, because talking to the citizens in there offer some pretty good options,
such as bombs and changing the nation of the town. If nobody would attack you, that'd become REAL easy.
