How can you change the textures

So, I'm playing with Nathaniel Butler (renamed from HeroDescribe to my real name), but I never liked that blue shirt, man I hate blue like I hate spiders. So, how can I open the character's texture files in Photoshop (Where can I find them firstly) what format should I use and etc/etc

Then I could gladly share the thingy with the rest of the community.

I was having a similar problem. I want to change the English flag to a Napoleonic British Naval Ensign, but the mirrors in the link you gave aren't working.

Edit: Forgive my stupidity: I've found a working link in the downloads section.
And come to think of it, I've seen those flags ingame before (although not as commonly as in the other games). Anyone know where to download them, if possible?
