How do I Install Builds?

What order should you install these Builds ? Should I have 12.1 before I install 13 - or doesn't it matter. There is no documentation on how to install anything. If there is could someone point me in the right direction.

The documentation can be found at the Downloads page of <a href="http://pieter.piratesahoy.org" target="_blank">my site</a>. Anyway, the correct installation order is like this:
1) Build 12.1
2) Pre Build 13 Base
3) Build 13 Beta 4

Once the final Build 13 is released, it will be a much easier install that can be installed on top of stock PotC without having to install anything else before.
