Need Help How to convert .tga/.tx files?

I was wondering how I could convert the .tga/.tx files in the RESOURCE folder to JPG/PNG?

First convert TX files to tga with the TX-converter. Then I use Photoshop to get to jpg/png.

But after pressing Convert, what happens? Where should I check for the output file?

It gives you two windows with two directories. On the right it reads .tx files. On the left are the .tga files. Whatever directory is opened on both sides, there it will store the tx/tga file.
