How to post a picture or add a youtube movie

Can someone please tell me how to upload a picture or post a video? I found some info I would like to share.

Posting pics is easy mate, just use the BBCode tag IMG :

It's a good idea to keep the resolution at 1024X768 or less if you can.

Posting video is basically the same, only using the BBCode tag MEDIA, it works best with Youtube, but sometimes you can get it to work with other sites as well.
