How to reload the black pearl hp and speed cannon and set the damage sail ho boat (flute out of the flying Dutchman)?

I don't know what "hp wavelength" means.

The ship's speed can be found in its entry in "PROGRAM\Ships\Ships_init.c". You can also find its cannon type there.

Knowing the cannon type, you can find the cannon's entry in "PROGRAM\CANNONS\Cannons_init.c". Note that if you change the damage and reload times for this type of cannon, it will apply to all cannons of that type. For example, most variants of the Black Pearl use "CANNON_TYPE_LONG_LBS18". Several other ships also use "CANNON_TYPE_LONG_LBS18", including the Satanist frigate Mefisto. So whatever you do to the cannons of the Black Pearl, you also do to the cannons of all those ships.
