Need Help I can't find HMS Surprise

Hi guys.
I've got Age of Pirates 2 with GOF mod. I started my carrer with Surprise long ago and when I found better ship I sold Surprise. I've been trying to find this ship somewhere, but I haven't found so far. I even found and gained USS Constitution, which is one of the most rarely common ship, but since I've lost my Surprise I haven't found this ship.

Do you know how to find that?
 
You might find the ship in a pirate fleet, in a store, in another nations fleet. It's totally random.
 
totally random, you'll find it in most every nations military squads, bounty hunters or pirates alot. ive taken it numerous times and sold it @ port. cuz boarding, capturing and selling is the quickest way to make $$$ in this game.
 
The most important thing to not is that your rank effects what ships will be generated and if your playing with GOF 2 then realistic encounters been switched on will play a bigger role than they did in GOF 1.2. But as soon as your rank is high enough you'll see the Surprise many times and maybe more than one ship in a battle or two, in fact you might get sick of seeing her in the end lol.
 
Ok, so what should I do? I had got switched Realisitic Ship Encounters Opiton ( OFF ) and I couldn't meet surprise, but I met first class ships a lot. If this option should be switched off or not?
 
You should be seeing the Surprise then, try switching realistic encounters on and then see if that helps. You will normally find the Surprise escorting merchant fleets and in military fleets.
 
I did the same thing you said, but still nothing. I noticed the difference, but I haven't found Surprise yet. Now, I usually meet ships like Interceptor, Hannah_p, Sophie, but I also meet better ships. I also tried to find and buy Surprise in Shipyard and I haven't meet this ship. :( I can find almost everything. Sometimes I can buy HMS Victory, etc, but Surprise not.

You didn't ask me about the version of GOF. I use version 1.1.2. In this save, I changed some lines, because I wanted to start game with Surprise. Than, I sold that ship, but it's awesome. I think that it could be caused by this incident, when I changed this line. Anyway, have you got some ideas, how to repair that and find this damn ship?
 
Luke159, I'm thinking to change Purchase ship option. I switched that to "realistic". May I find this ship in shipyard.
