I need help about a map

my english is very very bad sorry.I play with the russian version and have two halves of a map and has inscription on it:"Look down from the northern saint and one up from it's lady namesake".I need help with this why I don't know resolve. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
