i need some help

okay eh... i wanted a ghostship like the original game black pearl only with more cannons, and i found one: sol_74_gun. but i didnt like the 4 big flags. i dont know how to do that so i placed the flaglocators in the masts so i cant see the flags. can anybody help me?! here is the result:

To remove the flags, you need to remove the flag locators from the masts using Inez Dias' tool. Just select the line for the flag locator, press delete and save the changes.

ok tnx and yes the flag is positioned between my ship and the fort. it only happends with forts not with other ships <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" />
i also want the deck darker like the deck of the original game black pearl, how can i do that??
 
Use the TX Converter, open the .tga file, darken it and convert it back. Rename the file and HEX edit the Pearl to use the new darkened deck file.

Overwrite it with a different name and save the file.

yes i copied the sol_74_gun(stock game blackpearl with more cannons) and than used the masts of the blackpearl, because the ones on the sol_74_gun are weird.
 
Change the ships_init.c entry to add <i>refShip.all = "Lineship";</i>. Hopefully that solves the interface picture and missing crew on deck.
 
that sail is actually quite probable in reality. you can see them like that on paintings a lot.
