Change your personal relations in the file that is for the relations.

Replace <i>SetRMRelation(PChar, PIRATE, REL_WAR);</i> with <i>SetRMRelation(PChar, PIRATE, RELATION_FRIEND);</i> in PROGRAM\NATIONS\nations.c.
