Im trying to make a sound/music mod for IG but I came to a snag.
Although its still a demo, im testing my mod out on it. But my problem is my files are in .Wav, the game is in .Ogg, although I converted them to .Ogg format, they don't play in game. I cant figure out whats wrong, I clicked off the `read-only` tab but nothing happens. Also thought that maybe my files were too big, but I noticed that some of the files I put in game were smaller or of the same size than the orginals. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" />

Just downloaded it. Looks like the demo is getting really bad feedback so far on the Imperial Glory forums. Concensus seems to be that it looks nice graphics wise, but the gameplay is really simplistic and buggy. I think Total War fans will be disappointed.

Im also of that opinion, i thought it was a rather crappy

I agree with one of the guys in their forums that its a slimmed down version of RTW

plus having a slideshow in the demo....in this day and age really....

so it's out installed it last friday and spent almost all weekend playing

i find this game much better to rome total war. strategic map is so much more challenging. working diplomacy, interesting research, wise and difficult to earn merchant system. much better ai to any of total war series. sometimes i have feeling i'm playing with human for example, as england i started war with evil spaniards <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/duel_pa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ixi" border="0" alt="duel_pa.gif" /> my troops loaded on ships very close to french port. ai thought i might be invading them, so... they moved their fleet to scotland to warn me that if i start war they will also attack me when i moved my sloops from french border, french ai withdrew his ships from mine <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/keith.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="keith.gif" />

devs of ig shoul work on improving battles though. potentially, its 10 times better than i total war: u can use buildings, maps are much better and strategically challenging, thou ai is stupid and u cannot break off enemy (which makes almost all cavalry tactics obsolete)

in few words? i like this game. it's really worth its 20 gbpounds or somethings
