Need Help Increase capabilities ?

Hello,

I don't quite understand the levelling in this game.

1) Is it possible to increase those P.I.R.A.T.E.S capabilities points later on ?

2) Exactly how many personal and ship perk point can be aquired in the game ? And when exactly is a perk point awarded ? On level-up ?

1) nope. once you choose that, its forever.
2) theoretically unlimited... they are not given on level up. But when you practive either "ship actions" or "personal actions"n enough you either get a "ship skill" or a "personal skill.

level up, ship akill, personal skill, are 3 independent systems.
