This sentence is appeared. What i can do.

I finished all quests except Isapella because I can't enter any store.
When you enter the store or money lender you will find your self stands against this Indian pal.

You have to try and get the money to pay him.

Can you get the gold by selling stuff to the street traders

Or selling ships to the shipyard

Or do you have any cargo that you can sell to the smugglers.

Or work out another way to raise money ( eg kill people or skeletons in dungeons & loot corpses )

If you cannot get the money to pay him then only option is to go back to a Save before you borrowed money from the moneylender in the CoAS, or start a new game.
