Engine Limitation Ingame Loading graphical anomalies

I got a save file that I'm supposed to hunt this portugese jackass bark for governor quest.. it's near me so i'm trying to sail after it despite the wind being against me.
If the ship gets too far from me I reload to try again.. now here's the problem: when i reload in game by F6.. black flash lights start going on and off like nightclub lights and I have to press ALT+F4 to exit game (not crash).

But when I load this file after restarting the ENGINE.exe .. it opens normal without an issue.. only when I reload in game I see the black flashings.


(Quicksave 10 is the file under question.. if you open it, then during the game reload it again.. if you don't see what i'm seeing then maybe it's a technical problem)

I advice not to use quicksave....

I think I'm going to file this under engine limitation. There is not much we can do about it. and its easy fixed.
I sugest not using quicksave at all.
