It may sound silly but cannot understand what one icon visible in the spyglass means?

This is the icon which is right next to the type of the ammo used (before captains stats icons)...

I think that's the distance between you and the other ship (would help if you would atach a screenie with that icon marked really <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> )

Yeah, that's the distance from your target. You need at least 800 meters from the nearest enemy ship and 1250 meters from the nearest enemy fort to be allowed to go to the map.

What the heck does something like this mean: 16/16 -or- 20/20 -or- 18/18

When I had the "Good" spyglass I thought maybe that was cannons but when I received the "Excellent" spyglass those figures are still there but there is another icon showing the amount of cannons so that's not it.

Cannon type should IMO be on the left side, since it's a property of the ship, not of the captain.
