Fixed Jack Sparrow: Cannot Talk to Nevis Pirate Leader

I did everything exactly the same as previous 2 times. I did however capture a new ship along the way, but I assume that it doesn't have anything to do with the storyline. Also, I accepted a quest to escort a merchant to Cayman. Everything else I did the same.

This is definitely fixed. I will see what will happen when I get to the part where you need to join the Brotherhood. But I think you fixed it last time.
