Where do I start the quest that you go to Khael Roa and/or what is it called

That is the main quest. You start it at the Redmond governor.

You can find it at Greenford. If you walk through the gate beside the church, you'll find a bigger church on the right. That is the Haunted Abbey. You can collect some good stuffs in the dungeon, but you must be careful with it, if you don't want to die, and if you don't want to loose your money. (The skeletons run away with it)

You mean some of the Pre Build 13 versions. There was no corpse looting in Build 12.1 apart from the automatic looting. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
