LostShipsCity Quest bug

i'm stuck in this Quest LostShipsCity.

can not open the file Quest\LostShipsCity\Priest.c

Program/Dialog/Quest\LostShipsCity
Program/Text/Dialog/Quest/Lostshopcity
For All Two PNG
In The Second Path i can read the dialogIn the Files ......But Not in game

If files are present on the disc, try to come and talk to the NPC, but slowly. Maybe the script didn't work completely.
