I have to kill some pirate but i can't find him he has to be somewere close to island Mona but i can't find him someone have any hints?

*noob question* what do the stars above you ship icon an charracter mean ??? is iet equipment or something ?

use the sail to option and you will see him

the stars mean the class of the ship one star for example means that the ship is class one

and the stars on your character says how much shots left
