makin' skins an models

I was wonderin' How do ye make all dem pretty skins fer da models, I have the latest photoshop, but what do I need to like view the models and stuff?

An is it possible to ADD the skins an play em, or do you have to REPLACE?

Cos i think it'd be a shame to remove the pretty standard skins.

I have loads of experience with photoshop an other software. I did a Multimedia Designer school, I made lots of models fer Blood 2. Kinda old but thats the game the school gave us to test our skills.

Oh an how do I change the models itself? I have a powerfull computer, so that's no issue.
