man does not show up and i am rank 8

i habe reached rank8 and i talked to the guy at the tavern he gave me the map but i cant find what to do next....the log says smth like "why did father gave me beatrices part of map" and "now i have the complete map" and in the end it says something about "decyphering cryptic smth" i dont remeber..... there is no instructions on where to go or what to do.....how does can i begin the main quest then....plzzz help
