Hi, playing CM V3 plus patch 1.
I'm getting through the game, I'm navigation level 100 and I need to board and capture some Man of War, now
1. In the modified game how is in the game a MoW described? In the vanilla it was, if I well remember, as Man of war 'tout court' or 'Vessel of war' in other idioms.
I state this question because the mod game shows ships in a different way compared to the Vanilla game
2. Which nations own MoW? Only the Dutch?

scrow down a bit there is a way to get every ship you want even flying duchman (it worked for me so I belive it will work to you to)

Without cheating, look for military fleets on the world map. Save before going into sail mode and see what ships are there. If no MOW's then load the game and look again, you can do this as many times as you like till either a MOW is generated or you get bored.

The other way is search for the gold fleet, there are bound to be 1 or 2 MOW's in that fleet. Depending on your characters level you might see them been generated at shipyards too.

if you want to find 4 Manowar for yourself.

There is a Hardcore way to get them.
Head to the Tavern and get info about a Town being siege by an enemy country.
Either your Ally country or your own country is under attack.
That person will say, something like this for instance

'' The town of Port Royal is under siege by the Spaniards, They won't last 7days without reinforcement ''

So from here, Guess whose their reinforcement...

head there fast before 7days past !

if you lucky. You find ALL Rank 1 ship there.
Sometimes they raid in full crew and fully LOADED.
Manowar, Shipoftheline and other rank 1 if there are any.

They usually raid in 5 as a group.

BUT !

Beware... as you start to attack...
Their maximum 102cannons 42lbs mounted in their decks...
1shot from the side will cause your death dearly with a weak ship...

My Manowar against their 5's 102 42lbs and some 36lbs... shot me under 5 times caused my death...
