Hi.
I was wondering if anyone has gotten around to making a manual for the build mod yet? I'm pretty sure someone was talking about it once...

Anyway if they haven't, I'd like to give it a go. I know I'm not the most trustworthy person here, but I reckon I could make something (maybe using the original as a base) that would work. Unfortunately it would be for build 13, because I wan't to play a stable game. IF alpha 9 (or another future alpha) is stable, I'll move onto that.
 
No proper manual has been made yet, so if you want to do some work on that, you'd be most welcome to. If you do it for Build 13, we can always extend it to Build 14 later, but at least it'd give us something to work with. Alpha 9 promises to be fairly stable though, so you might want to give it a try at least once released.
 
Oh; and if you don't manage to finish it, please release what you do have anyway. That'd give us something to continue with. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
 
Ok. I have written the first few pages, giving an introduction to the build mod, installation instructions and the default controls. However, it has been so long since I played the game without the mod, I can't really remember what was already there and what has been added. If anyone could give a list of what's been added, I'd be grateful. I know most of it (character creation, new islands, ne ships, new items, tailor shops etc, but help would be appreciated. This is for build <u>13</u>.
 
Check the files in the buildinfo subfolder, especially the Build 11, Build 12 and Build 13 ReadMe files.
