Fixed Marigot has a reload to Chuch but no Church Interior

Indeed there's a reload going to that location, but there is NO location init entry to go with it.
Surprised nobody ever mentioned that until now!

Most likely is that it was never there to begin with. Which gives us two possible solutions:
Add the location or remove the reload.

On the subject of stupidly easy fixes: How about removing the reload?
If someone DOES want to use a church interior in Marigot at some point, that person can set it up.
And until then, it'll be not wrong.
