mini-map

hi mates, im playing potc build 14 alpha 9.5 patch 2, how can i get the stock mini-map on? while reading game manual i saw that the stock mini-map shows a lot more info than the mini-map(if we can call it mini-map coz only shows cannons reload...) i actual have with the build, i prefer to know wind direction and the position of other ships, also cannons range is very usefull, so i want to activate the mini-map from the stock game, it is possible? if yes, how?

Buy yourself a compass and equip it.

To get the full mini-map you will need the best compass <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Each compass adds something to the mini-map <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
