Fixed Missing head files for officers in brave black flag

Only thing I have noticed is two the officers you start with in Brave Black Flag do not have faces when you talk to them Kildare and O'Hara. Also I don't think I understand smuggling.

As per yesterday's release, I included head files for the models Jason mentioned along with some others.
If any other missing heads show up, please report that too. I am thinking all Jason Mafettone's added models may be missing them.
He added 12 according to the Change Log and I added... 5 head files yesterday if I recall.
