mosquito coast encounter with no text

as title went onto mosquito beach as i was passing and a guy come up to me but no text i think his name was rico something just after my game CTD,
any one else had this problem ,i should add i was not on a quest that took me there i have no mention of that beach in my log book just passing on way to Belize and stopped lol

There is Mosquitoes Shore and Mosquitoes Gulf.
