Hi,

I recall whilst briefly playing AOP (in one of its slightly more usable states) that i was once force to re-capture my own ship in a convoy...

After capturing (now in map view) i was returned to sea view with a `mutiny` warning...and was forced to re-capture my old ship from the 1st mate i had appointed.

Does this occur in POTC with any of the builds (if it helps i run 14 alpha 6 update 2!)

I recall it being quite a fun (if challanging) piece of gameplay...and quite realistic!!

In the WIP 8 version we have that same option. If the moral on your ship is low, you will be teleported to the deck, and you need to fight your mutining sailors. (but we haven't got any officers which do that)

Gdgd, was looking forward (in a strange sort of way) to quashing a mutany! Is there a way to force a sea battle first. I recall in AOP the ship which mutanied was a recently captured galleon, so not my own ship. I was cut to sea view, to see the galleon behind me as part of my formation, but red on the radar.
It (as enemies often do!) quickly turned to deliver a full broadside. I hope there is a way to emulate these sorts of situations; twas one of the few features in AOP i liked which worked!

You don't need to fight your own ships, but you need to fight on deck. Swordfight with the mutineers. Which is a piece of cake when they are starving, but otherwise it is very challeging.
 
the mutiny on AoP sounds really fun! yah I had to un-install my Potc cause it kept buggering up on me <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
