My captains are dumb as nuts

Hello mateys!

I always wondered why my own captains are dumb as nuts! They like to ignore my Attack or Sail away orders. Is that related to their skill or the weak AI coding?

Well, I have yet to see one of my captains be as skilled as the french captain on the class 1 battleship in oxbay.

You gotta give'em a chance I normally have some of the smaller ships sail away while the others attack different targets... I seen some class 1 ships be pretty smart...
