My controls go back to Default!

Hello,

Every time I set up new controls they seem to go back to default... e.g. I change the Pause Key binding to "P" key, click Exit, start a New Game and my binding is back to Default! Why? How can I change the controls permanently?

No, I've got it on my D drive... NOT in Program Files folder... is that bad?

No, that's good. Program Files is bad.

Hmm, I have made my ENGINE.EXE to work in Compatibility Mode with Win95/98... even though I'm using Win764. Could that be the reason why my controls are not being saved???

I cannot check now as I'm at work... :/

Not sure; can you change the controls in the unmodded game?
