Hi,

I am simply asking if there is a way to calm the caribbean down a bit. EX. I want to end ALL wars currently in the caribbean between the nations and I want to create a war between Portugal and Spain...Thanks!

Open programquestsquests_reaction.c
Find all SetNationRelationBoth(....) lines.
Change the relations given to taste.

Indeed...Also I have another question. Is there a way you can get the relations to change "WITHOUT" starting a new game?
