I just saw the movie, and it is enriched in history. In the begining, they discover this ship that must be 1680 to 1816 era, in the artic. They go in what they call the hold or cargo room, but it isn't. It lookes more like the gun deck and powder room (I don't think they really researched this part). They are searching for something, which I will not tell you about. But they are looking through these gunpowder barrels, and are pouring out FRESH POWDER. After being in the artic for probably 200 to 300 years, that powder would be big frozen clods of unlightable powder. If you know anything about gunpowder, it has to be aired and rotated constantly, which was the job of the yeoman of powder room. Just a interesting fact on the movie that got so many bad reviews, which is a very excellent movie. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bookish.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":mm" border="0" alt="bookish.gif" />
