Solved Nationality change after returning from COAS.

Im playing gof2.0 with patch and i have a problem. My character nationality changed from france (letter) to pirate and now they identify me as an enemy. I never had that problem before. What to do??

Remember when Chad, the governor met you for the first time in COAS and stripped you naked? It's one of the rare events in the game (There is another one in one of the sidequests, I think) when this messes up. He took your French LoM. To rectify, buy a new one from a pirate settlement and hope that the governor-general remembers you when you get back.
