Problem be is ye git tew worried 'bout makin' in onto de ship widout gittin' killed! But dis last time Fred Bob went a runnin' back an' forth from de Dock tew de Jungle an' back agin whilst dese Frenchie soldiers be on de Rampage! Easy pickings thay be! It's not a case of killing all the troops, orrunning up and down the pier, you can't board your ship with your sword drawn, it's that simple.

Myself, i came away from the gate at a run, turned round, shot the leading french man, leaped doen from the top of the stairs onto the beach, dispatched the first guy to reach the bottom with a well times sabre thrust, ran down the pier, sheathed my sword and, with a cry of
'you will always remember today as the day you almost caught...'

Aye, at unfavourable wind happend tew me once,an I promptly werked it out in me mind tew ferget about it,cause it be such a sad tale.Mind ye though a trip tew de Brothel an a bottle O' snakebite contributed tew me fergetfullness, Har!

well, that's a bit of an old topic. still, a few posts earlier, it's mentioned that you should just sheath your sword to fix it.
