Need help, cannot quick travel around town?

Hi I am playing the gentlemen of fortune mod, after escaping the slave plantation, I go to the nearest English colony and when docking do not have the ability to fast travel to any of the places (tavern, store etc.) My log book is also empty.

Am I missing something here?

I second this thread, I cant fast travel to town stores either. They dont show up on the list, just the "speak aloud" I too wonder what simple thing I am no doubt missing... probably an ability or something

In PotC, that could happen if fast travel is temporarily disabled for quest purposes.
Maybe the same is true in CoAS?

I noticed I was able to fast travel around town today, and then it hit me, I believe I am a AOP 2 Noob, cause it occurred to me it was daytime when I could fast travel, and when I couldnt it was....wait for it....yup...night time
