Need help

I just got the game yesterday, and I'm having a problem. Every time I start sailing, the game will shut itself down. Have any of you had this problem, and if so, how do I fix it?

Thanks. The crashing got fixed, but now when I'm acting as my character, either sneaking or sowrdfighting, I move slower. Sailings fine though.

Want pirates to run faster

try this

go in change your system option
video setting
uncheck the 4 checked boxe.

Fencing will be real fast ( and a lot harder, at first )

give you FPS in any corner of your screen work for any games.
must have for a serious gamer

with Fraps you will be able to see your FPS (frame rate per second)
in pirates and in any other games.

When you change the video config you check if the FPS is higher
the higher the better
